Autopolt processes customer personal data for the following purposes:

 

To provide services to the customer based on the contract, including order management and file delivery;

To grant customer access to all services and personalize services;

To prevent fraud or ensure the network security and information security of its IT systems;

The bank account number is used for processing customer payment settlements, invoices, and refunds;

In addition, Autopolt processes customer personal data for the purpose of sending commercial announcements, advertising materials, and information about Autopolt’s activities if the customer has expressed a desire for such communication.

 

Autopolt processes personal data in accordance with the principles of data protection arising from legislation (lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, and minimality) and always considers the customer’s interests, rights, and freedoms when processing personal data. Access to personal data is limited to Autopolt employees who need access to the data to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online store and provide customer support.

 

Autopolt collects and stores customer personal data in electronic form and, if necessary, extracts them in other forms.

 

Autopolt retains customer personal data for up to 7 years from the customer’s last transaction or until the customer requests the deletion of their personal data from Autopolt.

 

The customer has the right to know what information about them is stored in Autopolt’s database by submitting a relevant inquiry to Autopolt’s email address provided in the online store.

 

The customer has the right to change, correct, request deletion, transfer, and cease further processing of their personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, the customer must submit a corresponding request to Autopolt’s email address provided in the online store.
